Meet swenvy
Swenvy is PL101 teaching language for envy and comparison in swinger spaces: wanting the attention, ease, confidence, access or experience someone else appears to have.
Envy is information. It can reveal a desire without turning the person who triggered it into the problem.
Understand it
Ask what you believe they have that you lack: attention, confidence, opportunity, desirability, belonging or freedom.
Talk about it
Describe your desire without blaming the person who exposed it. “I noticed I want…” is cleaner than “They always get…”
Work through it
Choose an action within your control: practice a skill, make a request, seek a compatible space, adjust an expectation or accept a mismatch.
